Dr. Frisch actively demonstrates verbal character-work for 20 minutes and then the client moves to the couch to experience the biophysical techniques, if appropriate. Dr. Frisch guides those in attendance and trained in biophysical work to use hands-on methods to help clients release held-in tensions, make contact with their physical sensations and expression, and access emotional content.
